EJOT Tezmak is a joint venture established in 2000 between the German EJOT Group and the Turkish company Tezmak, operating in the field of fastener production in Turkey. The Germany-based EJOT Group is a long-established family business founded in 1922 and is recognized worldwide for its high-quality fastener production, particularly for automotive, construction, and industrial applications. The Turkish company Tezmak has distinguished itself with its experience in the sector since the 1960s and became one of the market leaders in the 1980s. EJOT Tezmak, formed by the merger of these two strong entities, carries out processes such as fastening technologies, wire drawing, threading, pressing, and surface coating at its production facilities in Istanbul and Tekirdağ Kapaklı in accordance with high quality standards. Holding international certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, the company plays an important role both in the domestic market and in exports; it adds value to Turkish industry by combining EJOT's global technical expertise with Tezmak's local industrial experience.

EJOT Tezmak's factory in Kapaklı, Tekirdağ, was established to increase the company's production capacity in Turkey and to manufacture products in accordance with international quality standards. This facility, which stands out for its modern infrastructure, is equipped to carry out all stages of fastener production—wire drawing, pressing, threading, heat treatment, and surface coating—in an integrated manner. Located within the Kapaklı Industrial Zone, the factory stands out not only for its technological capabilities but also for the employment opportunities it provides to the region and its contribution to industrial development. This investment is seen as a sign of the EJOT Group's confidence in Turkey, while also playing a significant role in EJOT Tezmak's efforts to strengthen its leadership in the local market and achieve its export targets.

As part of the project, we installed a fire detection system, a public address and emergency announcement system, an IP CCTV system, and a card access system to ensure the highest level of life and property safety at the factory. The integrated solutions we implemented have both increased employee safety and supported the operational efficiency of the facility. The systems were designed in accordance with international security standards, meticulously implemented on site, and made ready for use. With this project, EJOT Tezmak's high-tech production environment is now supported by a robust electronic security infrastructure.
