Aurotrans Warehouse – Weak Current Systems

We have successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the fire detection and public address & voice alarm systems at Aurotrans’ bonded warehouse facility located in Istanbul.

Given the warehouse’s high-ceiling structure and extensive storage areas, addressable beam detectors capable of continuously monitoring large volumes were used throughout the facility.

The public address & voice alarm system, operating in full integration with the fire detection system, ensures that emergency announcements are heard clearly and intelligibly across all areas of the facility. All systems have been tested and commissioned in accordance with the relevant standards.

L’union Han Istanbul – Weak Current Systems

New Project – L’union Han Istanbul – Vignette Collection by IHG

The installation and commissioning of the weak current systems for the L’Union Han Istanbul – Vignette Collection by IHG hotel project have been successfully completed by our team.

The project is located on the historic Bankalar Caddesi (Banks Street), once the financial heart of the Ottoman Empire. This distinguished street, which formerly hosted the era’s leading banks, today lies in one of Istanbul’s most exceptional districts — home to the Galata Tower, the Karaköy waterfront and Galataport — where history and contemporary life meet.

Built between 1905 and 1911 for the French insurance company Union, this historic building has been meticulously restored in line with the vision of the renowned architects Edoardo De Nari and the Levantine Giulio Mongeri. Blending Ottoman-inspired architectural elements with Art Nouveau and Art Deco influences, the hotel creates a timeless atmosphere that brings craftsmanship, character and elegance to the fore in every detail.

The hotel operates under IHG Hotels & Resorts — one of the world’s largest hotel groups — as part of Vignette Collection, the group’s luxury and lifestyle brand.

Medyan Kadıköy – Weak Current Systems

New Project⚡️Medyan Kadıköy

We are implementing the weak current systems of the Medyan Kadıköy project — a development of 1,087 residential units rising in Fikirtepe, Kadıköy, one of the most extensive urban transformation areas on Istanbul’s Anatolian side.

In this mixed-use project, where residential and commercial spaces are planned together, 8.500 addressable detectors, 2.100 speakers and 450 IP cameras will be deployed. Our work on this large-scale project is currently ongoing and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.

With its structure that demands a strong engineering foundation, detailed project management and effective on-site coordination, this comprehensive project once again demonstrates Fescom’s experience and technical expertise in large-scale living projects.
