The Bursa T2 City Square Rail System Project is a major public transportation line designed to modernize, speed up, and make the city's transportation more environmentally friendly. Approximately 6.5 kilometers long, the T2 line passes through densely populated areas of the city, making Kent Square a central transportation hub. The line consists of a total of 10 stops and provides easy access for passengers.
The tram vehicles are designed to be energy efficient, low-floor, and accessible to people with disabilities. The electrification system used on the line operates on 750 V DC electricity and stands out for its environmentally friendly and quiet operation. Thanks to modern signaling systems, trips are safe and uninterrupted. It is also equipped with passenger information screens, comfortable waiting areas at stops, and advanced security cameras.
The T2 line contributes to reducing traffic congestion, lowering carbon emissions, and increasing urban mobility, in line with Bursa's sustainable transportation goals. It thus offers a comfortable and eco-friendly transportation alternative for both daily commuters and visitors to the city.
In the Bursa T2 City Square Rail Systems project, we successfully installed integrated fire detection systems along with public address and emergency announcement systems at all stations to maximize passenger safety and comfort. These systems operate seamlessly and rapidly through network infrastructure, enabling immediate and clear communication to passengers in the event of an emergency.
Equipped with advanced technologies, these systems both help prevent loss of life and property by detecting fire risks early and ensure the safe evacuation of passengers through effective communication in emergencies. The systems we have provided as part of this project form an important part of the modern and reliable service approach of the Bursa T2 rail system.
