The Maleic Anhydrite Plant project, which will be the first to produce maleic anhydrite in Turkey, will operate in Gebze Gebkim.

The capacity of this strategically important petrochemical facility is 50 KTA, with maleic anhydrite production carried out in two reactors (production line 1: 25 KTA, production line 2: 25 KTA). Maleic anhydride production, which is an exothermic process, allows the heat released to be utilized. The facility also has a 16 MW turbine and auxiliary units that convert heat energy into electricity.

For this important project, we provided the public address and emergency announcement system, IP CCTV system, network system, structured cabling & cabinet systems, card access system, radio system, PDKS solutions, and X-ray & turnstile system solutions.

In the IP CCTV system, all IP cameras have AI analysis capabilities, aiming to maximize plant security through artificial intelligence analysis. The system is designed to direct PTZ IP cameras in 14 different locations to the location where the alarm is triggered in the event of a fire alarm.

The general public address and emergency announcement system operates in the buildings within the facility, and IP speakers are integrated around the facility.
