LAN (Local Area Network)

WAN (Wide Area Network)
WAN solutions cover all the processes from the design of the communication infrastructure to the installation and commissioning and operational support. Some of those:
- Planning and installation of WAN networks by selecting the appropriate technologies (Metro Ethernet, Point to Point G.SHDSL, Point to Point ADSL, LL, FR, VPN, ISDN, etc.)
- Identification of active devices suitable for the communication technologies to be used
- Establishment of WAN set-up according to needs analysis of the project. Optimization of different traffic such as data, audio, video and QoS configurations
- Planning and installation of the necessary security infrastructure in case Internet Backbone is used as main carrier or spare carrier. Site to Site or client to site
- Installation of VPN infrastructures
- Integration of WAN system with Internet firewall or UTM devices. Providing appropriate internet security according to the applications to be used over WAN
- Maintenance and Repair Services of installed systems
When implementing WAN projects, we use not only Türk Telekom networks but also the infrastructure of other UMTH operators. In some cases, it may be more advantageous to receive services from alternative operators. For example, if all branches and central G.SHDSL lines are wanted to be connected to each other, data traffic from the branches cannot be transferred to the center via a single G.SHDSL line. However, it is possible to make such connections through the backbone of UMTH operators.
